About your choices...the baked cookies are BIG (3.5 oz.) and are individually packaged and labeled. The brownies and muffins are
4.0 oz. each and individually packaged. The optimum shelf life is between 14 - 21 days. The cookies, brownies, and muffins freeze well.

The 20 oz. mixes have layered ingredients for visual appeal, they yield 1 1/4 plus pounds of baked goods and are easy to make. Except for the Peanut Butter varieties.... You just add water! There are 12 mixes to a case. The shelf life is between 3 - 6 months in a cool, dry atmosphere.
